I appreciate that the staff accommodating there was a mix-up in the dates and they accommodated us even though they didn't have to I would definitely stay here again. Also the rooms were very nice very comfortable.

Hotel itself seemed very nice and clean but we had a broke toilet seat that never got fixed and now can't get the 100% customer satisfaction gaurentee
Never got the toilet seat fixed after having told front desk several different times and then having laundry cart parked right in front of my door to where I couldn't even get out of my room

Staff was very accomodating.
The microwave needs to be hidden or placed low so as to not shine in the eyes of the potential sleeper. The light on that appliance was very bright when the room lights were turned out in preparation for sleep.

We called for towels on the morning of check out and was told that guests that are checking out don't get extra towels. There was solicitor outside the back door when going to your car. I did not feel safe at the hotel. The cost was extremely high.

The room was decent, but the A/C made this weird burnt smell all night. A bit chilly for my taste. On the upside, the waffles at breakfast were really good, and the pool area was nice. It had a cozy vibe that felt inviting. Just wish the room was a bit more comfortable overall.
